A No.2 consistency grease, which is formulated to resist high temperature, water wash, fling off and wear. It contains a tackiness additive and has lubricating solids within its formulation.

Application

General heavy loaded components, subject to arduous condition, hot, dusty or wet environment. A wide variety of applications such as, thread lubricant, general earth moving, heavy plant lubrication and sliding surfaces and in particular drill rod threads.

A No.2 consistence grease which is formulated to prevent galling, water washout, friction, fling off and wear.
It contains a tackiness additive and is made up of 50% metallic zinc within its formulation.

Application

General heavy loaded components, subject to arduous condition, hot, dusty or wet environment. A wide variety of applications such as thread lubricant and sliding surfaces and in particular drill rod threads.
Particularly suited to exploration drilling.

It is manufactured from a number of state of the art additives, which provide the following benefits:

• Superior high and low temperature performance.
• Good water and corrosion resistance.
• Has number 2 NLGI rating with excellent pump-ability
• Adhesive and Cohesive properties ensure excellent adhesion and anti-fling off even in wet conditions.
• Extreme pressure additives provide good anti-scuffing, scoring and seizure characteristics under heavy loads.
• Can be applied by grease gun, brush and pressure lubricator.

Application

Drill rod threads, Drill collars, Tool joints and other areas where anti-seize protection is required.
